On behalf of health services in the Simcoe County and Muskoka regions, R. A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. (Malatest) is developing a plan for substance use treatment services for youth 25 years of age or younger. The information gathered through this important study will be used to develop a plan for substance use treatment services for youth in the Simcoe County and Muskoka regions.
If you live in the Simcoe County or Muskoka regions, this study is for you. It is open to anyone who is 16 years of age or older, whether you use substances or not. Whether or not you or someone you know is affected by substance use, many members of the community are impacted by this issue, and we want to hear from everyone. Help shape substance use treatment services in your community by participating in this important study. You can start participating by simply clicking on the Start Survey button. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, depending on your answers.
At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you would like to participate in focus groups or one-on-one interviews at a later date. Those who participate will receive a $25 gift card to a local enterprise!
